About Me.
JANNAH TUCKER
FENOM founder
As a former collegiate athlete, 2x Olympic gold medalist, and now mother, my mental toughness has been tested far more than any physical training. My passion for the advocacy of athletes and women stems from the adversity I've been through. Once I learned to overcome fear, doubt, anxiety and failure, I felt unstoppable. I want to help others find the fearlessness within themselves.
The programs I've designed are for everyone. I don't coach a sport or a company, I coach the people. I've spent the last several years working with clients ranging from world class athletes to business executives and athletic conferences on mindfulness training and professional development. We all have an inner "it" factor. Let's unlock your edge!

Education
2021
Mental Performance Mastery Certification
Certified through renowned sports psychologist, Brian Cain with Peak Performance. My MPMC was centered around useful psychological strategies to help people develop a mental skillset that allows them consistently perform at their best, reach their goals, and achieve long term success.
2019
M.A in Educational Leadership
Villanova University
The main focus of my master's program was entrenched in fostering positive learning environments, servant leadership, and bringing care into the classroom and/or work field. We worked on several projects with surrounding schools, businesses, and athletic programs to develop leadership techniques as well as establish a culture that led to team buy-in and exponential growth.
2017
B.A in Sociology & Communication
Minor in Philosophy
Villanova University
During my bachelor's, I wanted to be as well rounded as possible. As a sociology and communication double major, I was able to understand society and people in depth. Analyzing behavior, different styles of communication, understanding motives & thought processes as well as how the foundations of institutions are created were all key takeaways. In addition to understanding others, philosophy made me understand myself in ways that pushed mental boundaries and encouraged evolved thinking.
